I personally dont think this otoge should have censored versions, since its well-executed R18+ scenes are what by and large make this otoges chosen narrative so gut-wrenching (in the best of ways) and solidifies its story as a realistically brutal and masterfully told tale of romance gone exceedingly wrong.
